Condo Rental Information

All renters will be expected to conform to rules of the Casa Clara Condominium, which will be provided at the time a rental is confirmed.   These include respecting neighbors with quiet hours, pool and pier use hours,  no glass near pool, parking locations (no trailers), no pets, check in and check out, and reserved tennis/pickleball times.  There are also rules and regulations from the City of Key Colony Beach concerning use of roadways and public beaches and parks.

No more than four total occupants, including adults and children, are permitted to stay at the condominium. Daytime guests are permitted subject to space availability at shared facilities like the pool and pier.

Subject to availability, rentals may commence on weekdays or weekends, and be for any number of days 14 or more.  Condominium rules restrict rentals to at least 14 days at a time. 

The unit is cleaned professionally following each rental, including fresh linens and towels, but no housekeeping or similar service is available during your rental.  You are expected to bag and place trash and recycling in designated receptacles.  There is a one-time nonrefundable cash cleaning fee of $160 added to each rental stay, regardless of length.

All rentals require a security deposit, in addition to advance payment of the rental charges and taxes, of $500.00.  This will be refunded to the original form of payment following completion of the stay assuming there is no damage or missing items in the rental unit.

Reservations must be secured with advance payment of at least seven (7) days of the daily rental cost, which will NOT be refunded for any reservation not cancelled in writing and confirmed as received at least 60 days in advance of the rental reservation start date.  After that date, advance payment deposits are non-refundable and forfeited.  Advance payment deposits for reservations made fewer than 30 days prior to the reservation start date are non-refundable
